Face to Face STEM Education for Teacher, which is another important pillar of our “STEM in Action” Erasmus+ Project, was successfully carried out in Turkey, Romania and Belgium.
These trainings were organised to improve teachers’ knowledge and skills in STEM, introduce new teaching techniques and enrich their classroom practices. The trainings were held in all three countries with wide participation and an intensive programme.
Turkey: The trainings in Turkey provided teachers with in-depth knowledge on innovative methods and practices in STEM education. Teachers participating in the trainings had the opportunity to practice and gain experience in STEM subjects.
Romania: The trainings organised in Romania focused on theoretical and practical approaches supporting STEM education. Participants learnt the tools and methods needed to make STEM lessons more effective and engaging.
Belgium: The trainings in Belgium focused on STEM pedagogy and curriculum development. Participants explored different aspects of STEM education and developed various strategies that they can implement in their classrooms.
These trainings increased teachers’ interest in STEM education, enabling them to provide a higher quality and effective STEM education to students. It also reinforced the sustainable impact of our project by emphasising the importance of international cooperation and knowledge sharing.
